This Privacy Policy describes how we process the personal data of people who contact us through the TowerCO website. We care about your privacy and process data solely for contact purposes — for no other purpose.

2. Scope and purpose of processing

We process the data you provide voluntarily in the contact form or share with us by phone/email: full name, phone number, email address and information about the property and the content of your message. We process this data SOLELY to respond to your enquiry and to communicate about a possible transaction. We do not use it for any other purposes — in particular we do not carry out marketing, do not profile and do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal basis

The basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) expressed by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry you sent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We keep the data for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and conduct correspondence, and then until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised. After that period the data is deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability and to object. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

The site uses essential cookies required for it to work properly, including a session cookie for the contact form and remembering the selected language — these do not require consent. Subject to your consent, we also use Google Analytics analytical cookies (see the next section). We do not use advertising cookies. You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the banner shown on the site and change your choice at any time.

7. Analytics – Google Analytics
